Loyalty Program Terms &Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • The loyalty program applies to purchases of full-size clinic products only.

    • The program is available to all clients purchasing either in-clinic or online.

    • Eligible for purchases from Saturday 20th September 2025.

  2. How It Works

    • Each time you purchase a full-size product, it will be recorded under your client file.

    • Once you have purchased 10 full-size products, you will be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary 15ml serum of your choice.

    • The complimentary product must be a 15ml serum and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.

  3. Tracking Purchases

    • Purchases are automatically tracked and saved to your client file.

    • Online and in-clinic purchases both contribute towards the program.

  4. Exclusions

    • Travel size, sample size, promotional items, discounted bundles, and gift with purchase products are not counted as qualifying products.

    • The complimentary serum cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other goods/services.

  5. Refunds & Exchanges

    • Purchases contributing towards the loyalty program are final.

    • No refunds or exchanges apply to products purchased as part of the loyalty program.

  6. Program Conditions

    • The loyalty program is subject to change or withdrawal at the clinic’s discretion without prior notice.

    • Complimentary products are available while stocks last.

    • Loyalty rewards cannot be transferred to another client file.
